Hello!
My name is María José Cornejo Apolo, a passionate architect born in Guayaquil, Ecuador. I graduated from the Humboldt German School in my hometown and continued my academic journey studying architecture at the University of Navarra in Pamplona, Spain. Currently, I am completing a dual master's program in architecture and environmental design and management of buildings.
My interests are diverse; I enjoy traveling and taking photos of the buildings I encounter. I'm also fascinated by structural calculations, building services, and construction. Additionally, I have a strong interest in sustainability and timber constructions. Despite my technical interests, I appreciate the creative aspects of the field and aspire to learn more about them.
Lately, my focus has shifted towards the design aspect of buildings and the integration of nature into them. I am captivated by design centered around well-being and health, and I am convinced of the countless benefits that nature brings to people.
