For this work is proposed a general reflection on the relationship of architecture, landscape and the city. The objective was to project a Health Center endowment in an environment with a strong urban identity, in the San Ignacio Elorrieta neighborhood in the Deusto district, Bilbao. My idea was to create a building that transmits tranquility, through skylights that give light to the building and nature within the facilities. I also decided to make a building that is not so tall from the outside, so that it relates to the square and the wall that are in the area. In the inside of the building there are double heights that show how the building in bigger than in look from outside, because of an underground floor.
